A way to uninstall OBS Studio from your PC

OBS Studio is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was developed for Windows by OBS Project. You can find out more on OBS Project or check for application updates here. OBS Studio is frequently set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio folder, however this location may differ a lot depending on the user's option while installing the program. The full command line for removing OBS Studio is C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\uninstall.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. obs32.exe is the OBS Studio's primary executable file and it takes circa 2.16 MB (2259984 bytes) on disk.

Some files, folders and registry data can not be removed when you remove OBS Studio from your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall OBS Studio:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

How to delete OBS Studio from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is an application marketed by OBS Project. Sometimes, people try to erase this application. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find OBS Studio or simply activate the Search feature and type in "OBS Studio". The OBS Studio app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click OBS Studio in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding OBS Studio, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove OBS Studio.


8. After removing OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
