How to remove DFX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is a program offered by Power Technology. Sometimes, people decide to erase this application. This is easier said than done because performing this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY procedure to erase DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find DFX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "DFX". If it exists on your system the DFX program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select DFX in the list of programs, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about DFX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DFX:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.fxsound.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove DFX.


8. After uninstalling DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of DFX which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing DFX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
