A way to uninstall DFX from your system

DFX is a Windows program. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. The Windows version was created by Power Technology. Additional info about Power Technology can be read here. You can get more details related to DFX at http://www.fxsound.com. Usually the DFX application is to be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX directory, depending on the user's option during install. C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX\uninstall.exe is the full command line if you want to uninstall DFX. DFX's main file takes around 1.21 MB (1270064 bytes) and is called DFX.exe.

How to erase DFX from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DFX is a program offered by Power Technology. Sometimes, people choose to erase this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY procedure to erase DFX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find DFX or simply activate the Search field and type in "DFX". The DFX app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select DFX in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding DFX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DFX:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.fxsound.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\DFX\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove DFX.


8. After removing DFX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong DFX which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling DFX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
