How to uninstall Zscaler from your system

Some files and registry entries are frequently left behind when you remove Zscaler.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\DC07F9631995F7C49819A2839BC7385B
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ctrarsvc\Runner\Zscaler

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\DC07F9631995F7C49819A2839BC7385B\ProductName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bam\State\UserSettings\S-1-12-1-3964969663-1252439937-1391375754-703505777\\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files\Zscaler\ZSATray\ZSATray.exe

How to delete Zscaler from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
