A guide to uninstall Tribler from your PC

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. tribler.exe is the Tribler's main executable file and it takes close to 50.41 KB (51616 bytes) on disk.

How to delete Tribler from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is an application offered by The Tribler Team. Frequently, users try to remove this application. This can be troublesome because removing this manually takes some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY solution to remove Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Tribler or simply click the Search field and type in "Tribler". If it is installed on your PC the Tribler program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Tribler in the list of programs, the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Tribler.


8. After removing Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Tribler which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
