How to uninstall Tribler from your system

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. tribler.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 84.47 KB (86496 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Tribler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is a program released by The Tribler Team. Some people want to erase this application. This is easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY procedure to erase Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Tribler or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Tribler". The Tribler application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Tribler in the list of apps, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Tribler.


8. After uninstalling Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Tribler that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
