A way to uninstall Tribler from your computer

Tribler is a software application. A way to remove Tribler from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is an application offered by The Tribler Team. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this by hand requires some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE approach to uninstall Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Tribler or simply activate the Search field and type in "Tribler". If it is installed on your PC the Tribler application will be found very quickly. After you click Tribler in the list of programs, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Tribler:

• The software company is: https://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Tribler.


8. After uninstalling Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Tribler which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
