How to uninstall Tribler from your computer

Tribler is a computer program. How to erase Tribler from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is an application by the software company The Tribler Team. Some people decide to uninstall this application. This is easier said than done because doing this manually requires some experience regarding PCs. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Tribler or simply click the Search field and type in "Tribler". If it is installed on your PC the Tribler program will be found very quickly. After you select Tribler in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Tribler, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The software company is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Tribler.


8. After removing Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Tribler that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Tribler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
