A guide to uninstall SuperRam from your system

SuperRam has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall SuperRam:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\License.rtf

• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRam.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRamDefrag.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRamRegister.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRamService.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRamTray.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRamUpdate.exe

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SuperRam_is1
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PGWARE\SuperRam
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SuperRam

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRam.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\SuperRam.exe.FriendlyAppName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SuperRam\DisplayName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SuperRam\ImagePath

How to remove SuperRam from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SuperRam is an application by PGWARE LLC. Sometimes, users try to remove it. Sometimes this is difficult because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate SuperRam or simply click the Search field and type in "SuperRam". If it is installed on your PC the SuperRam app will be found automatically. After you click SuperRam in the list , some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about SuperRam, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for SuperRam:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.pgware.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\SuperRam\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SuperRam.


8. After uninstalling SuperRam, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SuperRam which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SuperRam using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
