How to remove Origin with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Origin is an application offered by Electronic Arts, Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall this program. This is troublesome because performing this manually requires some skill regarding PCs. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall Origin is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.
DOWNLOAD NOW
- navigate to Download Link
- download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
3. Press the General Tools category
4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool
5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear
6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Origin or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Origin". If it is installed on your PC the Origin app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Origin in the list , some information about the program is shown to you:
- Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Origin, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
- The publisher is: http://www.ea.com
- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\OriginUninstall.exe
8. After removing Origin, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Origin which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Origin using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
