A way to delete Origin from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Origin is a program by the software company Electronic Arts, Inc.. Some computer users decide to uninstall this application. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Origin or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Origin". The Origin application will be found very quickly. After you select Origin in the list of applications, some information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Origin, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Origin:

• The publisher is: http://www.ea.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\OriginUninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Origin.


8. After uninstalling Origin, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Origin which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Origin with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
