A way to uninstall Lantern from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Lantern is a program released by the software company Brave New Software Project, Inc.. Frequently, people decide to remove this program. • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Lantern or simply click the Search feature and type in "Lantern". The Lantern program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Lantern in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Lantern, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Lantern:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\zgztq\AppData\Roaming\Lantern\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Lantern.


8. After removing Lantern, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Lantern which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Lantern with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
