Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file is labeled lantern.exe and its approximative size is 37.09 MB (38886768 bytes).

Lantern is composed of the following executables which take 37.53 MB (39351455 bytes) on disk:

A way to uninstall Lantern from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Lantern is a program released by the software company Brave New Software Project, Inc.. Frequently, users choose to uninstall this application. This is hard because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE practice to uninstall Lantern is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Lantern or simply click the Search feature and type in "Lantern". If it is installed on your PC the Lantern program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Lantern in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Lantern, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Lantern.


8. After uninstalling Lantern, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Lantern that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Lantern with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
