Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Lantern\lantern.exe

A way to remove Lantern with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Lantern or simply click the Search field and type in "Lantern". If it is installed on your PC the Lantern program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Lantern in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:
