How to uninstall Lantern from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Lantern is a program offered by the software company Brave New Software Project, Inc.. Sometimes, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this is difficult because removing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY solution to remove Lantern is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Lantern or simply click the Search feature and type in "Lantern". The Lantern app will be found automatically. After you click Lantern in the list of programs, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Lantern, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Lantern:

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Lantern.


8. After removing Lantern, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Lantern that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Lantern using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
