How to erase Lantern from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Lantern is an application by Brave New Software Project, Inc.. Frequently, users choose to uninstall it. This can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK manner to uninstall Lantern is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Lantern or simply click the Search field and type in "Lantern". If it is installed on your PC the Lantern app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Lantern in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Lantern, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Lantern:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Lantern\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Lantern.


8. After removing Lantern, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Lantern which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Lantern using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
