Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you remove Slack.

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

Open regedit.exe to remove the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\slack\DefaultIcon\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\slack\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\slack\DisplayIcon

A way to uninstall Slack from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is an application marketed by the software company Slack Technologies. Some computer users decide to uninstall it. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Slack or simply click the Search field and type in "Slack". The Slack application will be found automatically. After you select Slack in the list of applications, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Slack, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Slack.
