A way to uninstall Slack from your system

Slack is a Windows application. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. It is made by Slack Technologies. Go over here for more details on Slack Technologies. The program is usually located in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\slack directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall Slack by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\slack\Update.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for administrator rights. Slack's primary file takes around 306.02 KB (313360 bytes) and is called slack.exe.

A way to remove Slack from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is a program by the software company Slack Technologies. Some people decide to remove this program. This can be easier said than done because deleting this manually requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Slack or simply activate the Search field and type in "Slack". The Slack program will be found automatically. After you select Slack in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Slack, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Slack.


8. After removing Slack, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Slack which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
