How to uninstall Slack from your PC

Slack is a software application. Keep in mind that this path can differ being determined by the user's choice. You can remove Slack by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Users\UserName.UserName-PC.000\AppData\Local\slack\Update.exe --uninstall. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for administrator rights. The application's main executable file is labeled squirrel.exe and its approximative size is 1.44 MB (1514784 bytes).

How to erase Slack from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Slack is an application by the software company Slack Technologies. Sometimes, people want to erase this application. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category

5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Slack or simply activate the Search field and type in "Slack". If it is installed on your PC the Slack app will be found automatically. When you select Slack in the list of programs, the following data about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Slack, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Slack.
