How to uninstall Skype from your system

This page contains complete information on how to remove Skype for Windows. The Windows release was developed by Skype Technologies S.A.. Further information on Skype Technologies S.A. can be found here. The application is often located in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall Skype by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop\Uninstall.exe.
