Quite a few files, folders and Windows registry data can not be removed when you remove Skype from your PC.

Directories found on disk:

Generally, the following files remain on disk:

A way to remove Skype from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Skype or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Skype". If it exists on your system the Skype program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Skype in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Skype, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Skype.


8. After uninstalling Skype, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Skype that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
