A way to uninstall Skype from your PC

Skype is a software application. A way to delete Skype with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Skype is an application marketed by Skype Technologies S.A.. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because performing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows computer.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Skype or simply click the Search field and type in "Skype". The Skype program will be found automatically. When you select Skype in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Details about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Skype.


8. After removing Skype, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Skype which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
