If planning to uninstall HDCleaner you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall HDCleaner:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HDCleaner

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\HDCleaner

A way to remove HDCleaner from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HDCleaner is an application released by Kurt Zimmermann. Some people want to erase it. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate HDCleaner or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HDCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the HDCleaner application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click HDCleaner in the list of apps, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about HDCleaner, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove HDCleaner.


8. After uninstalling HDCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of HDCleaner which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing HDCleaner with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
