How to uninstall HDCleaner from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HDCleaner is a program offered by Kurt Zimmermann. Sometimes, people try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because performing this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE action to uninstall HDCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your system.

  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate HDCleaner or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HDCleaner". If it exists on your system the HDCleaner application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click HDCleaner in the list of apps, some data about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about HDCleaner, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall HDCleaner.

8. After removing HDCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of HDCleaner which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing HDCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
