A way to uninstall BWMeter from your computer

BWMeter is a Windows program. Read below about how to uninstall it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by DeskSoft. Further information on DeskSoft can be found here. More details about BWMeter can be found at http://www.desksoft.com. The program is usually placed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BWMeter folder (same installation drive as Windows). You can remove BWMeter by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\BWMeter\Uninstall.exe. Note that you might get a notification for admin rights. BWMeter.exe is the BWMeter's primary executable file and it takes circa 1.15 MB (1206784 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase BWMeter using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

BWMeter is an application marketed by DeskSoft. Some people decide to uninstall this application. This is easier said than done because performing this manually requires some skill regarding PCs. • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate BWMeter or simply activate the Search field and type in "BWMeter". The BWMeter program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click BWMeter in the list of apps, the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about BWMeter, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for BWMeter:

• The publisher is: http://www.desksoft.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\BWMeter\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove BWMeter.


8. After removing BWMeter, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong BWMeter that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling BWMeter with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
