How to uninstall BOINC from your system

A way to remove BOINC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find BOINC or simply click the Search field and type in "BOINC". If it exists on your system the BOINC app will be found very quickly. After you click BOINC in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about BOINC, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove BOINC.


8. After removing BOINC, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of BOINC which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing BOINC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
