A way to uninstall DBeaver from your PC

This page contains detailed information on how to uninstall DBeaver for Windows. It was developed for Windows by JKISS. Further information on JKISS can be seen here. Please open http://dbeaver.jkiss.org/ if you want to read more on DBeaver on JKISS's page. Usually the DBeaver application is placed in the C:\Program Files\DBeaver directory, depending on the user's option during setup. You can uninstall DBeaver by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\DBeaver\uninstall.exe. Note that you might receive a notification for admin rights. The application's main executable file is titled dbeaver.exe and its approximative size is 305.00 KB (312320 bytes).

DBeaver has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall DBeaver:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\DBeaver

The files below remain on your disk by DBeaver's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\DBeaver\DBeaver.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\DBeaver\Uninstall.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\RADAR\HeapLeakDetection\DiagnosedApplications\dbeaver.exe
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DBeaver

A way to remove DBeaver using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DBeaver is a program marketed by the software company JKISS. Some people want to remove this application. Sometimes this is efortful because doing this manually takes some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE manner to remove DBeaver is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate DBeaver or simply activate the Search field and type in "DBeaver". The DBeaver application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click DBeaver in the list of apps, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about DBeaver, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for DBeaver:

• The publisher is: http://dbeaver.jkiss.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\DBeaver\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove DBeaver.


8. After uninstalling DBeaver, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of DBeaver which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing DBeaver with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
