How to remove Notepad++ from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Notepad++ is an application offered by Notepad++ Team. Sometimes, people choose to remove this program. This is easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK way to remove Notepad++ is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Notepad++ or simply activate the Search field and type in "Notepad++". If it is installed on your PC the Notepad++ application will be found very quickly. When you select Notepad++ in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Notepad++, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Notepad++.


8. After removing Notepad++, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Notepad++ which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
