A guide to uninstall Poedit from your computer

This page contains complete information on how to remove Poedit for Windows. It is made by Vaclav Slavik. More info about Vaclav Slavik can be read here. More information about Poedit can be found at https://poedit.net/. The application is frequently installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Poedit folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling Poedit is C:\Program Files (x86)\Poedit\unins000.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. The program's main executable file is called Poedit.exe and occupies 13.18 MB (13823640 bytes).

A way to erase Poedit from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Poedit is an application offered by Vaclav Slavik. Some people want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best QUICK manner to remove Poedit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Poedit or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Poedit". If it is installed on your PC the Poedit app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Poedit in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Poedit, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Poedit:

• The software company is: https://poedit.net/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Poedit\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Poedit.


8. After removing Poedit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Poedit that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Poedit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
