How to uninstall Poedit from your PC

A way to erase Poedit from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Poedit is an application by Vaclav Slavik. Some users want to erase this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this manually takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE procedure to erase Poedit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Poedit or simply activate the Search field and type in "Poedit". If it exists on your system the Poedit application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Poedit in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Poedit, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Poedit:

• The publisher is: https://poedit.net/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Poedit\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Poedit.


8. After removing Poedit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Poedit which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Poedit using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
