Npcap is a Windows application. Some files and registry entries are typically left behind when you remove Npcap.

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

A way to uninstall Npcap from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Npcap is a program by the software company Nmap Project. Some people try to remove it. This is difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK solution to remove Npcap is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Npcap or simply click the Search field and type in "Npcap". The Npcap application will be found very quickly. After you click Npcap in the list , some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Npcap, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Npcap:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Npcap\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Npcap.


8. After uninstalling Npcap, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Npcap that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Npcap using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
