How to uninstall Npcap from your PC

A way to remove Npcap from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Npcap is a program released by the software company Nmap Project. Sometimes, users try to remove it. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge regarding PCs. The best QUICK practice to remove Npcap is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Npcap or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Npcap". If it exists on your system the Npcap application will be found very quickly. When you select Npcap in the list of programs, the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Npcap, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Npcap:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Npcap\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Npcap.


8. After removing Npcap, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Npcap which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Npcap with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
