How to uninstall IDS from your PC

A way to remove IDS from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is a program offered by the software company JLR. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be hard because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK approach to uninstall IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:

  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find IDS or simply click the Search field and type in "IDS". If it is installed on your PC the IDS program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select IDS in the list , some information regarding the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding IDS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall IDS.

8. After removing IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong IDS which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
