A way to erase SumatraPDF from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SumatraPDF is an application offered by Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall this program. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your computer.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate SumatraPDF or simply activate the Search field and type in "SumatraPDF". The SumatraPDF application will be found automatically. When you select SumatraPDF in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SumatraPDF, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SumatraPDF:

• The publisher is: http://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/
• The uninstall string is: "C:\UserNamerogram Files\SumatraUserNameDF\uninstall.exe"

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SumatraPDF.


8. After removing SumatraPDF, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SumatraPDF which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SumatraPDF using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
