How to uninstall SumatraPDF from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SumatraPDF is an application offered by Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this application. This can be difficult because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK approach to uninstall SumatraPDF is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SumatraPDF or simply click the Search feature and type in "SumatraPDF". If it is installed on your PC the SumatraPDF application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click SumatraPDF in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding SumatraPDF, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SumatraPDF:

• The publisher is: http://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SumatraPDF\uninstall.exe"

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SumatraPDF.


8. After uninstalling SumatraPDF, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong SumatraPDF which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing SumatraPDF using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
