A way to erase SumatraPDF from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SumatraPDF is a program offered by Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Some users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase SumatraPDF is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SumatraPDF or simply activate the Search field and type in "SumatraPDF". If it is installed on your PC the SumatraPDF application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click SumatraPDF in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding SumatraPDF, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\SumatraPDF\SumatraPDF.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SumatraPDF.


8. After removing SumatraPDF, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SumatraPDF that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing SumatraPDF using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
