How to uninstall CodeLite from your PC

CodeLite is a Windows application. How to uninstall CodeLite from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is a program offered by the software company Eran Ifrah. Frequently, users want to remove this program. This is hard because removing this manually takes some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY practice to remove CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows system.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find CodeLite or simply click the Search field and type in "CodeLite". The CodeLite app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click CodeLite in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding CodeLite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CodeLite:

• The publisher is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CodeLite.


8. After uninstalling CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of CodeLite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling CodeLite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
