A guide to uninstall CodeLite from your PC

CodeLite is a computer program. This page holds details on how to remove it from your computer. It is written by Eran Ifrah. Open here for more information on Eran Ifrah. More details about the software CodeLite can be found at http://codelite.org. The program is usually located in the C:\Program Files\CodeLite directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall CodeLite by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe. Note that you might receive a notification for admin rights. The application's main executable file is called codelite.exe and occupies 10.18 MB (10671356 bytes).

A way to uninstall CodeLite from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is a program offered by the software company Eran Ifrah. Sometimes, users want to erase it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because doing this manually requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK way to erase CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CodeLite or simply click the Search field and type in "CodeLite". If it is installed on your PC the CodeLite application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select CodeLite in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding CodeLite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CodeLite:

• The software company is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall CodeLite.


8. After uninstalling CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CodeLite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing CodeLite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
