How to uninstall CodeLite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is an application released by the software company Eran Ifrah. Frequently, computer users decide to uninstall this program. This can be easier said than done because performing this by hand requires some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate CodeLite or simply click the Search field and type in "CodeLite". If it is installed on your PC the CodeLite app will be found automatically. When you click CodeLite in the list of programs, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about CodeLite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for CodeLite:

• The software company is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall CodeLite.


8. After removing CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong CodeLite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling CodeLite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
