How to uninstall CodeLite from your system

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. CodeLite's main file takes about 7.93 MB (8313856 bytes) and is named codelite.exe.

How to remove CodeLite from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is an application released by the software company Eran Ifrah. Sometimes, users want to uninstall this application. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK solution to uninstall CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find CodeLite or simply activate the Search field and type in "CodeLite". If it exists on your system the CodeLite program will be found automatically. When you click CodeLite in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding CodeLite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CodeLite:

• The web site of the program is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CodeLite.


8. After uninstalling CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of CodeLite which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling CodeLite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
