How to uninstall CodeLite from your system

CodeLite is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was developed for Windows by Eran Ifrah. You can read more on Eran Ifrah or check for application updates here. Detailed information about CodeLite can be seen at http://codelite.org. Usually the CodeLite program is to be found in the C:\Program Files\CodeLite directory, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for removing CodeLite is C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for administrator rights. CodeLite's main file takes around 7.03 MB (7367680 bytes) and is called codelite.exe.

A way to uninstall CodeLite from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is an application by the software company Eran Ifrah. Sometimes, people choose to erase it. This is hard because performing this manually requires some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY procedure to erase CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate CodeLite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CodeLite". If it is installed on your PC the CodeLite application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select CodeLite in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding CodeLite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for CodeLite:

• The web site of the application is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CodeLite.


8. After uninstalling CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong CodeLite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling CodeLite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
