How to uninstall CodeLite from your PC

This web page is about CodeLite for Windows. A way to remove CodeLite from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CodeLite is a program offered by the software company Eran Ifrah. Sometimes, people choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK way to remove CodeLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find CodeLite or simply click the Search feature and type in "CodeLite". If it exists on your system the CodeLite app will be found automatically. When you click CodeLite in the list of programs, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about CodeLite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for CodeLite:

• The publisher is: http://codelite.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CodeLite\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove CodeLite.


8. After uninstalling CodeLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong CodeLite that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing CodeLite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
