How to uninstall PixInsight from your PC

Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. PixInsight.exe is the programs's main file and it takes close to 22.58 MB (23673264 bytes) on disk.

PixInsight installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 31.86 MB (33404144 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall PixInsight using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PixInsight is an application released by Pleiades Astrophoto. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. This is troublesome because removing this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK practice to erase PixInsight is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find PixInsight or simply click the Search feature and type in "PixInsight". The PixInsight application will be found very quickly. After you select PixInsight in the list of programs, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about PixInsight, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall PixInsight.


8. After uninstalling PixInsight, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of PixInsight which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling PixInsight using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
