A guide to uninstall PixInsight from your computer

A way to delete PixInsight from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PixInsight is a program offered by the software company Pleiades Astrophoto. Frequently, users try to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK approach to uninstall PixInsight is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find PixInsight or simply click the Search feature and type in "PixInsight". If it is installed on your PC the PixInsight app will be found automatically. After you select PixInsight in the list of applications, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding PixInsight, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall PixInsight.


8. After uninstalling PixInsight, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of PixInsight which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing PixInsight using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
