A way to uninstall MX5 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MX5 is an application by the software company Maxthon International Limited. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY solution to uninstall MX5 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate MX5 or simply click the Search field and type in "MX5". If it is installed on your PC the MX5 app will be found very quickly. After you select MX5 in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding MX5, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall MX5.


8. After uninstalling MX5, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong MX5 which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing MX5 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
