Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Directories found on disk:
  • C:\Program Files\Driver Support
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Driver Support

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall Driver Support:
  • C:\Program Files\Driver Support\DriverSupport.exe
  • C:\Program Files\Driver Support\DriverSupport.InstallState
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Driver Support\Driver Support.lnk

How to delete Driver Support with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Driver Support is a program offered by the software company PC Drivers HeadQuarters LP. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall this application. 6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Driver Support or simply activate the Search field and type in "Driver Support". If it is installed on your PC the Driver Support app will be found automatically. When you click Driver Support in the list of programs, some information about the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Driver Support, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Driver Support.

8. After removing Driver Support, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Driver Support that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Driver Support with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
