How to uninstall Chromium from your PC

This page contains detailed information on how to uninstall Chromium for Windows. It was coded for Windows by The Chromium Authors. Go over here for more information on The Chromium Authors. Usually the Chromium program is found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for uninstalling Chromium is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application\125.0.6421.0\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. chrome.exe is the Chromium's primary executable file and it occupies around 2.30 MB (2410496 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete Chromium from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is a program marketed by the software company The Chromium Authors. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove it. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK way to remove Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your system.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Chromium or simply click the Search feature and type in "Chromium". The Chromium application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Chromium in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Chromium, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Chromium.


8. After removing Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Chromium which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Chromium using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
