How to uninstall Chromium from your system

How to remove Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is an application by the software company The Chromium Authors. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because doing this manually takes some experience related to removing Windows applications by hand. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Chromium or simply click the Search field and type in "Chromium". The Chromium app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Chromium in the list of applications, the following information about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Chromium, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Chromium.

8. After uninstalling Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Chromium which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Chromium using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
