A guide to uninstall Chromium from your system

Chromium is a Windows program. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. It was developed for Windows by The Chromium Authors. Open here for more information on The Chromium Authors. Usually the Chromium application is found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for removing Chromium is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application\89.0.4378.0\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. chrome.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 1.94 MB (2034688 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is an application by the software company The Chromium Authors. Some computer users want to uninstall this program. This is troublesome because deleting this by hand takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE manner to uninstall Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Chromium or simply click the Search field and type in "Chromium". The Chromium program will be found very quickly. After you click Chromium in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Chromium, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Chromium.


8. After uninstalling Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Chromium that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
