A way to uninstall Chromium from your computer

Chromium is a Windows application. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file is named chrome.exe and its approximative size is 2.11 MB (2214400 bytes).

Chromium installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 8.10 MB (8494592 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall Chromium from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is an application offered by The Chromium Authors. Frequently, users try to uninstall it. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Chromium or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Chromium". If it is installed on your PC the Chromium application will be found very quickly. When you select Chromium in the list of programs, the following information about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Chromium, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Chromium.

8. After uninstalling Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Chromium that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
